ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
OCTOBER 20, 1969
A special meeting was called by the Chairman Melvil Peterson and held at the home of the clerk to
discuss the matter of CR Palmers plan to build a building for horses on his property which is in a
residential area. After much discussion the board agreed to go along with the County and let him
have this building for a period of one year.
Meeting adjourned.
