Updated: January 2023 February 21, 2023 Patrick Weidemann Minnesota Department of Transportation Mailstop-440 395 John Ireland Blvd. St. Paul, Minnesota 55155-1800 Dear Mr. Weidemann: On behalf of the Elk River Economic Development Authority, we support the Corridors of Commerce application for funding improvements to Trunk Highway 10/169 with two grade separated interchanges. As a critical route that serves commuters and business alike, an upgrade to this regional segment is not only warranted, but will ultimately add value to those who travel this corridor. We understand the proposed improvements listed within the application and understand there will be further community stakeholder feedback to identify local connections if the project is fully funded. Sincerely, Dan Tveite President, Elk River Economic Development Authority 13065 Orono Parkway Elk River, MN 55330 763.635.1000 ElkRiverMN.gov
