ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
AUGUST 12, 1970
The Town Board met at the site of the Town Road in the Moldenhauer plot to discuss tarring said
road. After some discussion it was agreed to have this done. The contractor agrees to roll dirt and
grass back to beyond a 24 foot top base material to be added as needed. Tar to be 2 inches of #
2341 see sketch below for road location.
Road of 24’ top will be placid 17’ east of owner’s property line at south end of road. This being
property on west side of Town Road.
