ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
AUGUST 17, 1970
The Town Board of Elk River and Big Lake Township met in joint session to talk over the problem
which arose in regard to the dirt which flocks the road shown on the sixth plat of Camp Cozy. Much
discussion arose as to whether this actually is a legal road or not. A basement was dry near the road
and the dirt was piled on said roadway. In checking the abstract of Mrs. Bartz it was found that the
roads in the sixth plot of Camp were dedicated to the public forever. No further discussion so the
meeting adjourned.
