ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 21, 1971
The Town Board met in special session to consider the application for assistance for Marvin
also Mrs. And Mrs. Craig Quist. Mrs. Quist stated the lived in Elk River
Township for 2 years and her husband is out of work. She stated she needed help on food, rent, gas,
and electric. The Board agreed to help on food for 2 weeks also the above named needs. Marvin
appeared before the Board and stated that he was out of work and is need
of help. He said he needs help in food, rent and electric.
