Dear Mr. Alnuaimi,
On January 30, 2023, the city received your Conditional Use Permit application for vehicle sales and
service at 17242 Ulysses Street. State Statute requires a decision by the city within 60 days of this
application. The Statute also allows the city to extend the timeline an additional 60 days if necessary.
Due to the requirement for additional information and to ensure compliance with city ordinances,
the city is extending the 60-day timeline to May 30, 2023. The city expects the Planning
Commission to review the Conditional Use Permit on March 28, 2023, and the City Council on
April 17, 2023.
