ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
NOVEMBER 1, 1971
The Town Board was called to order by the chairman Earl Schulke. Some discussion was made in
regard to fixing the road out by Lester Anderson. Gary Santwire gave a price on the job and Fred
Brenteson also offered to look the situation over and give his price.
Fred Brenteson presented his bill for work done on Town Roads. Franklin Madsen agreed to call the
PCA in regard to the St. Paul Sand and Gravel worker water going onto private land and into public
waters.
