ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
DECEMBER 13, 1971
A special meeting was called by the chairman to meet with Mrs. And Harry Lakoduk, Mr and Mrs.
Olesen and the County Engineer represented by Jeffrey Rootes. Also John Oliver appeared. The
grade was discussed. Some of the proposed grade is about 11 precent Frank Madsen moved that the
Lakoduk plat with a road of not more than 9 percent, curb on north side from River View drive to a
point opposite a point between lot 3 & 4 block one. Then on South side from top road to Palmers
to some point. A twelve inch culvert to go under road a point between three and block four curb to
be 6 inch machine laid. The developer is to provide or procure and easement to the tap over and
across that port of Gongalls lot within proposed road. An easement over outlot H River View
Heights Addition to the Township. some form of energy dissipater (rocks) at foot of slope of
drainage easement Lot 6 Block 2. The above motion was seconded by E Specht. The motion
carried. The chairman signed the plat for Lakoduk subject to the above conditions.
