ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 20, 1972
The Board of Organization met at the court house to take oath of office. Earl Schulke moved
seconded by EL Specht that Frank Madsen be made Chairman. The motion carried Earl Schulke
and Everett Rathbun took the oath of office. Earl Schulke is to take letter from Town Council to
John Oliver to straighten out legal descriptions on road 29 or known as Anna Meyers road. Earl
Schulke moved seconded by EL Specht that the treasurer be paid on a meeting basis as against an
annual salary. The per meeting to be 12.00 per meeting. The motion carried.
