ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 28, 1972
A special meeting was called to order by the chairman Franklin Madsen. The purpose of the meeting
was to discuss names or numbering Elk River Township. Mr. Rollie Anderson came on an advisory
capacity to help give direction to our systems. He explained the Mpls and St. Paul systems. Mr.
Anderson recommended that one direction be names and the other direction be numbered. The first
jobs needing doing is choosing categories for names and a number system. Motion was made to
adjourn.
