ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
JUNE 5, 1972
The meeting of the Elk River Town Board was called to order by the chairman F Madsen. A motion
was made that a letter be sent by the clerk to Gerald Woodworth stating that either he or his
insurance pay for his grass fire. Motion carried. Clerk is to check legal descriptions on quit claim
deeds with John Oliver to see if these are correct. Motion was made and seconded for said deeds to
be checked. A motion was made and seconded that the bill sent us from Orrock be returned as
residence should be at Zimmerman. Motion carried. A motion was made and seconded that

effective December 31, 1972 no culverts will be furnished for private driveways connecting on to
township roads. The motion carried. This applies only to new driveways. A motion was made that

future meeting starting on July 3 will be at 7:30 PM. Motion carried. A report was made by F.
Madsen in regard to Elk River Park Board. He stated that members of the Village Otsego Twp and
Elk River Twp attended. A was made by E Specht seconded by E Schulke that the following bills be
