ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 5, 1973
The monthly meeting of Elk River Town Board was called to order by the chairman Franklin
Madsen. Two members of the Ramsey Town Board met with our board. They were instructed in
rules regulating tarring of Town roads. They were given our new spects to look over. Neil Larson
presented the final plat of Knollwood. A motion was made to accept the plat subject to the
completion of the hard shell to be signed by the chairman. Motion seconded by E. Specht and
carried. So ordered. Gary Santwire came in to discuss a road in the third plat of Camp Cozy. The
road is a laid out road.
A motion was made that the road staring at north edge of lot four to south edge of seventeen in
third plat of Camp Cozy be built in 1973 seconded by Earl Schulke. Motion carried street or road is
laid out to be 40 feet.
