ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 27, 1973
A special meeting was called to order by the chairman EL Specht. Mr. Keith Caswell and Richard L
Sha who are consulting engineers met with the board. A general discussion on roads, plats, drainage
etc. was the topic in question. The engineers would look over plans and make recommendations.
The developer would stand cost of such services.
A motion was made that consulting engineers diversified be appointed for road consultation based
on Ramsey Township plans subject to approval by Township attorney. Motion seconded by Frank
Madsen and carried.
No further business. Meeting adjourned.
