Elk River Town meeting was called to order by the chairman EL Specht. Harry Lakoduk and John

Oliver appeared with a new plat called Grand View 2 addition. Frank Madsen moved that Grand
View preliminary plat be approved subject to the Caswell Engineering approval seconded by Earl
Schulke. The motion carried. A move was made by F. Madsen seconded by E. Schulke that Fred
Benteson bill be paid. Motion carried. A motion was made by Frank Madsen seconded by E.
Schulke that the check from the county be all put in Road and Bridge fund. Motion carried. A
motion was made that check local Gov. aid payment be put in R&B fund. Seconded and carried.
