ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
JUNE 6, 1973
Frank Madsen, E Rathbun, and Earl Schulke went out to Mary Andersons to view a ditch between
Anderson and Baufield land. The board told Mary Anderson that the Board had no jurisdiction in
the matter because this ditch is a natural waterway. It was suggested she fill to named level at her
own risk.
