Background/Discussion
Work sessions will be added to the end of regular meetings on the first and third Mondays as needed. At the first
Council meeting of each month, staff will present a list of future work session topics for Council review.
Proposed work session topics are as follows:
Vacant Building Ordinance
Joint Meeting with School Board (early 2023)
Business Registration Program
Joint Meeting with Energy City Commission: Strategic Planning (April 17)
FT Center Covid Impact
Tree Preservation Ordinance

Mission/Policy/Goal
The Council-adopted mission statement includes components to responsibly grow, meet changing needs (agile)
and be ethical, efficient, and responsible.
