July 29, 2023, with the condition alcohol must be confined to an aYea enclosed by a fence with a secuYed,
controlled access. Wrist band control is required for patrons 21 and over.
Background/Discussion
The Parks and Recreation Department submitted application for a TemporaryT On-Sale Liquor License for
Elk RiverFest scheduled for Saturday, July 29, 2023.
The beer garden will be open fYom 5:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m. on Main Street between Jackson Ave and King Ave. The
area �vill have the required fencing and `vill be restricted to ages 21 and over.
