ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 14, 1974
Elk River Town Board me in a organizational meeting. Everett L Specht took oath of office for a
turn of three years and Everett Rathbun was sworn in for a term of two years. A motion was made
by Earl Schulke seconded by E.L. Specht that Franklin Madsen be chosen chairman. Motion so
carried.
Meeting adjourned.

ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
MARCH 14, 1974
The Elk River Board met with the Zoning and Planning commission. Ernest Toth requested
permission to extract gravel from the Sanitary Land fill area. The Town Board had no objection. Mr.
Goddard presented plans for his land. He was told that he should provide and access road all along
the highway frontage. He agreed to do this. As the \[sic\] was no further business the Town Board
left.
