ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
APRIL 22, 1974
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman Franklin Madsen. The first order of business was a
motion made by EL Specht and seconded by F. Madsen that E. Rathborn be appointed supervisor
and Wally Fox be appointed Clerk. So carried.
Motion made by E. Rathborn, that Simonet Drive, Island View Dr, Ridgewood Dr, Sunrise Circle
and Riverview Dr remain as before township plat was done and further moved that no more
changes of street names be made second by E. Specht. Motion carried. Motion to be effective 1
May.
Motion made by E. Rathorn to move May meeting to first Tuesday in May, second by E. Specht,
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by E. Specht at 9:00 second by E. Rathborn. Motion carried.
