Gopher bounty pd as usual.
New owners of Elk Bowl applied for beer and set up license. Board gave approval on contioni that
new application form be made out in the corporation name (Zeke Inc). Once this was done Clerk
was authorized to sign. Motion by E. Rathborn second by E. Specht carried.

Village Addition
All proved on motion by E. Rathborn second by E. Specht.
Board voted to support the county zoning boards position opposing discharge of sewage, treated or
untreated, into any public waters. Motion by E. Rathborn second by E. Specht.
E. Specht moved to adopt ordinance # __ (dog control ordinance) second by E. Rathborn carried.
Ordinance to be come effective July 15, 74
