Special Meeting
First order of business opening of bids for paving of Cargill Road. Three bids received:
Elk River Black Topping – 29,997.00
Prime 2,724.09
H&S 24,285.00
Prime 3,500.00
McGrossan 38,000.00
Prime 6,000.00
Prime cost not to be used unless deemed necessary by engineer.
Motion by E. Rathborn seconded by E. Specht that contract be awarded to H&S Asphalt pending
written consent from Ramsey Township on their portion of Cargill Road Passed.

Appointment of Judges for election on Nov 5
E. Specht, W. Fox, F. Madsen, E. Rathbun, S. Matesuski, M. Brady, D. Pederson, + Moldenhauer.
Moved by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht carried.

Attention of board was called to 189 Ave from Pascal both ways layman has post
on roadway.
Motion by E. Rathbun second by E. Specht to have John Oliver layout road as is to have it
monumented. Carried.
