They were informed by the board that two alternatives were open to them. #1 Road could be surveyed at its present location and monumented as such. #2 If all the land owners could agree they could have the entire area surveyed at their own cost and the road would then be locate according to this. Charges and counter charges were made. No definite answer could be arrived at as the people wondered about cost of surveys etc. It was agreed after much discussion that John Oliver was to be invited to the Dec meeting to answer questions about cost and other related problems. Motion by E. Specht to monumenting order of Oct 21, 74 Second F. Madsen. Carried. Preliminary plat for Schrader’s Highway 10, Business Park has presented on motion by E. Specht seconded by F. Madsen. Preliminary approval was given. Special committee appointed to meet jointly with City on consolidation planning, F. Madsen E. Rathborn and G. Fredrickson. Motion by E. Specht seconded by F. Madsen to have engineers check water problem on Boston. Carried.
