Enno Schmidt property was closed and final payment for said property was made.
Motion by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht to approve water draining permit for Elk River Ready
Mix, carried.
Renewal of beer license for Country Club. Moved for approval by E. Rathbun seconded by E.
Specht. Carried.
A letter from the Minnesota Highway Dept was read. Said letter stating that if the Town Board had
no objections a portion of Highway Right of Way located two miles south of Elk River City on T.H.
10 would be reconveyed to Mr. Edwin Dreissig. Board had no objections:
