ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
FEBRUARY 24, 1975
Consulting engineers were instructed to prepare specifications for bids to be submitted to the Town
Board on March 10, 75 for snow plowing and road work (Class 5 etc) said specs. To be published in
Star News.
Consulting engineers Inc present a report on a sewer project proposed by the City of Elk River. Due
to the many faults found in the proposal it was recommended for rejection. Engineers were
instructed to type up a letter stating faults found in the report and submit it to our legal council.
Legal council was then to submit it back to the city along with the Town Board
of a joint powers proposal ask for by the City for said sewer project.
