Motion by E. Specht seconded by E. Rathbun to appoint RC Smith treasurer for Mar meeting,
carried.
Preliminary approval grant for Island View Third Addition. Motion by E. Specht second by E.
Rathbun, carried.
Motion by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht to motion carried.
Motion on Island View Third Addition rescinded because of uncertainty over zoning.
Motion by E. Rathbun second by E. Specht to increase legal council fee from $25.00 per hour to
$30.00 per hour with no pay for travel time. Carried.
Irwin Specht requested that his driveway be named. He ask that it be named Specht Lane. Board

would not agree to this. Board suggested 164 St but did not feel it should be named or numbered
at all as long as it was a private drive way. No agreement was reached.
Consulting engineers present report on sewer project along with letter stating errors and questions
on the proposed project.
On motion by E. Specht seconded by E. Rathbun legal council was instructed to sent a letter to City
of Elk River, along with a copy of the engineers letter stating boards restriction of sewer project and
joint powers agreement. Carried.
Dinos Pizza applied for renewal of beer license. Motion by E Rathbun second by E Specht for
approval. Carried.
