ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
APRIL 7, 1975
Meeting called to order at 7:35
Big Lake Sand + Gravel ask board to inspect town roads with them. It was agreed to do this
sometime in May due to present weather.

John Oliver showed the board a plat of Camp Cozy 5 Addition. He compared the new plat show
the road as presently traveled with the old plat and explained to the board the problems with the old
plat. (lack of angles, no measurements on lots etc) Clerk is to send legal council names of old land
owners effected \[sic\] by new plat.
Legal notice will be sent to each owner along with copy of new plat upon completion of stacking by
John Oliver. Owners have one year to appeal board decision.
Frank Madsen was instructed to check with other companies on price for treasuries bond.
Motion by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht to approve recreation agreement with city carried.
Clerk instructed to send letters to business on Hwy 10 inviting them to attend Twp consolidation
meeting on April 21 75
