Residents of Westwood 6 Plat Camp Cozy appeared to request closing of 187 Ave north of Mrs.
Barnses place. No action take until board has inspected area. Petition will be required.
Big Lake Sand + Gravel presented bill for payment
Keith Caswell introduced to residents of Westwood addition who have a water problem.
Engineering firm to make study of Westwood area and return to board with suggestions. Inspection

set for May 15.
Sketch pla presented on purposed \[sic\] Tamarack Addition. General idea of plat agreed with on
motion by E Specht seconded by E Rathbun. Carried.
Gopher bounty discussed again. No action taken.
Representative of Viking Steel was present. Order placed for culverts.
On a motion by E. Rathbun seconded by E. Specht to approve execution and acceptance of Elk
River Township Right/way Plot #1. Filing and execution of legal notices to property owners

affected Camp Cozy 5 addition. Carried.

Motion by E. Specht seconded by E. Rathbun to acept \[sic\] plat of Oak Hills 2 addition by E.
Greer carried.
Treasurers bond discussion. Board determined that $10,000.00 bond would be sufficient this to be
purchased from Dan Greene First National Ins. At a cost of $78.00 for two years. Motion by E.
Rathbun seconded by E. Specht Carried.
Irv Hetrick bid for same bond 85.00 two years
Discussion of multiple dwelling purposed \[sic\] by Harvey Rohlf no objection voiced.
