8:00 Special Meeting at the home of E. Specht
Motion by E Rathbun to waive 60 day appeal time on annexation of McHessney property. In effect
allowing the City of Elk River to annex said property at once. Second by E. Specht. Carried.
Motion by E. Rathbun to except road in Goddards Avon Addition from the Lindsey Building East.
Second by E Specht. Carried. Meeting adjourned 8:40
