ELK RIVER TOWN BOARD MEETING
DECEMBER 13, 1975
Special meeting held at corner of Section 11 and 14
Members present E Specht and F. Madsen and Clerk W.H. Fox
Owners of property present Edwin Dressig and Erwin Specht.
Purpose of meeting was proposed vacating of Twp road described as follows: running east and west
on section line between sections 11 and 14 of Twp 32, range 26 described as follows to-wit,
commencing at the south quarter corner of said section 11, twp 32, range 26 and running thence
east on and along the south line of said section 11 a distance of 345.02 ft. and there terminating,
except the east 11 ft of the south 33 ft thereof.
Motion by E Specht to vacate as described second by F Madsen. Being no objection from land
owners motion was carried.
