Douglas Bell and Asst informed board that they could no longer provide legal service to Twp.
Motion to hire Larkin, Hoffman, and Assoc, Mr. David Sellergren, as new lawyers for Twp. Rate to
be $35.00 per hr no travel time for one meeting per month. Travel time charged for more than one
meeting per month. Motion by E Rathbun seconded by E Specht. Carried.
Clerk to send letters to Ken Tolle and Dave Sellergren informing them of board decision.
Ben Roper presented Lundgren Addition for approval. Upon recommendation of engineers it was
rejected until topographic study is done.
Consolidation meeting set for Feb 16, 7:30, as to be published Erwin Specht complained about
brush on Jarvis by Farm.
