Agreement between Board of Elk River Township and Warren Schulze and Weldon Schulze

At a meeting on March 16 the Board of Elk River Township met with Warren Schulze, Weldon
Schulze and L.G. Menzel. They appeared before the Board for a permit for life contract to maintain
a hog farm on the Harold Christian farm. Permission was granted by the Elk River Town Board to
permit them to use garbage in their feeding program. Said operation to comply with state and
Federal regulations.
No rubbish be allowed to accumulate on said property. This agreement not transferrable without
consent of the town board of Elk River Township.
