This item is presented for information and discussion purposes.
Background/Discussion
The Parks Commission has recently identified two park properties, Baldwin Park and Meadow Park, that it desires
to vacate and sell. In identifying a disposition process and potential buyers, the HRA was identified as a potential
entity interested in acquiring one or both properties. This discussion will center on whether the HRA has a vision
or interest in acquiring either of the properties.
