at 3:30 p.m.-9:00 p.m. A quorum of the City Council may attend the Elk River Eagles #3264 Chili
Cookoff; however, they will not convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City
Council during the Elk River Eagles #3264 Chili Cookoff.
