DISCUSSION:
• A lot of time and effort goes into producing quality audited financial statements. I want
to extend a thank you to the accounting department for their hard work in gathering all
the information that is provided to our auditors and taking pride in their work daily.
This makes the audit not only go very smoothly for ERMU but also our auditors.
• The annual Midwest Independent System Operator Attachment O reporting has been
completed for 2021. These reports are used in determining the transmission rebates we
will receive as being a part owner of the transmission systems with Midwest Municipal
Transmission Group.
• Continued work on annual surveys that will be completed shortly.
• Working on the Property & Casualty Insurance renewal application for 2023-2024.
