Adopt, by motion, an ordinance assigning a new street address for the property identified as PID# 75-431-0270.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-431-0270 currently has the address of 19476 Irving Street. The driveway for the
subject parcel is located on 1941h Avenue. The property owner has requested the address be changed to reflect the
1941h Avenue access.
The new address for 75-431-0270 will be 11747 194th Avenue NW.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-431-0270 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-431-0270, and currently assigned the street
addresses as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street addresses
as shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 17th day of April 2023.
