Background/Discussion
The Parks Commission identified two park properties that it desires to vacate and sell and is exploring a
disposition process and potential buyers.
The EDA was identified as a potential entity interested in acquiring one property, Baldwin Park, should it be
available. This discussion will center on whether the EDA has a vision or interest in acquiring the Baldwin Park
property.
