1. A determination, by motion, on the Kostreba property.
2. Approve, by motion, to make no change to the properties listed on the attachment.
3. If other property owners show up at the reconvene meeting, the Council should act on those items as well.
Background/Discussion
The Council met as the Board of Appeal and Equalization on Monday, April 19. Business was unfinished so a
reconvene meeting was scheduled. The following two items will need Council action:
Action Item 1
Ryan and Tera Kostreba
PID: 75-809-0105 (21404 Jarvis Street)
Mr. Kostreba reviewed comparable properties and objected to the market value of his property. Mr. Selbitschka
suggested an interior inspection of the property.
Action Item 2
Due to the length of the meeting some attendees left before their appeals could be heard. It is recommended to
vote no change for these property owners so their right to appeal at the county board meeting can be preserved.
