GENERAL BUSINESS 4.1 2023 Vision and Goals The committee and staff will review the committee responsibilities and discuss the objectives for 2023, and plans for the Beautification Award for this year. Other beautification supporting activities Staff also plans to discuss collaboration and coordination opportunities with the Public Art committee. Attachments: Committee Responsibilities Summary Sheet 4.2 2023 Meeting Schedule The Beautification Committee will hold its regular meetings on the 2nd Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. from May through October, or on the first business day thereafter in the event a regular meeting falls on a holiday. The meeting dates are as follows: Monday, May 8 Monday, June 12 Monday, July 10 Monday, August 14 Monday, September 11 Monday, October 9 4.3 Marketing Strategy for 2023 Activities The committee should discuss marketing efforts for the Beautification award and any other adopted program. The Beautification Award flyer should be updated for 2023 to include the 2022 winner and be considered for printing. Attachments: 2022 Beautification Award Flyer 5.
