Action Requested
Adopt, by motion, an ordinance changing the address of 17453 Twin Lakes Road NW to 10730 175th Ave.
Background/Discussion
The property identified as 75-002-4320 was changed on November 21, 2022, to 17453 Twin Lakes Road to keep
the building permits separate between the razed house and the apartment to be constructed. The property owner
has requested the address be changed to reflect the driveway location onto 1751h Avenue.
The new address assigned to the parcel will now be 10730 175th Ave NW.

An Ordinance Assigning a New Street Address for the Property Identified as
PID# 75-002-4320 of the City of Elk River, Minnesota
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That the property identified as PID# 75-002-4320, and currently assigned the street
address as shown on Exhibit A in the City of Elk River shall be re -assigned to the street address as
shown on Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of May, 2023.
