1. Proclaim, by motion, September 7, 2023, as Jim Hildebrandt Day in the City of Elk River.
2. Mayor Dietz to read and present the proclamation.
Background/Discussion
Fire Chief Mark Dickinson will be in attendance to discuss Mr. Hildebrandt’s history with the city. Jim was a
firefighter for 23+ years. We wish him the best in his retirement!
