An Ordinance Amending Chapter, 30-1294, 1-3 General Industrial District, of the
City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code
The City Council of the City of Elk River does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That § 30-1294 (b), Permitted Uses, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances
shall be amended to read as follows:
(b) Permitted user. Permitted uses in the I-3 district are as follows:
(1) Bottling and distribution.
(2) Business offices.
(3) Manufacturing, light.
(4) Motor vehicle repair shops.
i5J Motor vehicle sales.
(�6) Research and development facilities.
(67) Warehouse spaces.
(7-8) Wholesale businesses.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and be published as provided by
law.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Elk River this 15th day of May, 2023.
