The City Code of Elk River, Minnesota, Chapter 74, Section 74-97, is hereby amended with additions underlined and deletions in as follows: Sec. 74-97. - Reserved. Downtown Parking Restrictions. (a) No vehicle shall be parked between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Main Street between Parrish Avenue and 717 Main Street (south side)_ and 708 Main Street (north side), and on the western side of Jackson Avenue between Highway: 10 and Main Street. (b) No vehicle shall be parked on the eastern side of Jackson Avenue at any time. (c) Violations of this section are punishable as provided in section 74-91. SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect upon adoption and publication as provided by law.
