A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER
A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION TO CONDUCT ANNUAL
OFF-SITE GAMBLING FOR ELK RIVER YOUTH HOCKEY
WHEREAS, The Elk River Youth Hockey has made application to the State
Gambling Control Board for an application to conduct annual off-
site gambling; and,
WHEREAS, approval of the application would allow the Elk River Youth
Hockey to conduct one raffle during the year; and,
WHEREAS, the raffle event would be conducted at the Elk River American
Legion which is off-site from the licensed Premise Permit sitee
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cit)T Council of the City of Elk
River, Minnesota that an application to Conduct Annual Off-Site Gambling is
granted to the Elk River Youth Hockey to allow a raffle drawing to be held on
January 18, 2006, at the Elk River American Legione
