Background/Discussion
This item is a continuation of the discussion held in May regarding Duffy Development’s proposal for a new
affordable senior housing project adjacent to the North Start transit station. We plan to discuss additional
information Duffy has provided on their state funding application process and their requests of the city and HRA.
