at the Elk River Farmer's Market, 716 Main St, Elk River on June 15, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
A quorum of the City Council may attend the Volunteer Appreciation Day; however, they will not
convene any meeting, and no action will be taken by the City Council during the Volunteer
