BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION:
This month commissioners are reviewing policy G.1e — Organizational Values to make
comments, ask questions, or recommend updates.
This policy recognizes the importance of establishing organizational values to guide policy
development and organizational behavior. With the Organizational Values policy the
Commission commits to govern in a manner consistent with ERMU's values: Integrity, Quality,
Communication, Safety, Competitive.
