Council Member Wagner sent staff an email from resident, Paul Casperson, with concerns of loitering at the Trott
Brook Barn. She has requested this be a discussion item for the Parks and Recreation Commission. I have
requested an estimate from our building department to install LED light fixtures as suggested in the email. I have
also requested Police Department incident reports for Trott Brook Park for the last two years.
Does the Parks and Recreation Commission recommend installing lighting on the Barn?
Financial Impact
The cost to install light fixtures on the barn could be an expenditure from the Park Improvement Fund.
