Approve, byT motion, moving Ali Wallace to full-time to assist with finance duties effective June 21, 2023.
Background/Discussion
During the work session on June 5, 2023, Assistant CityT Administrator Joe Stremcha and Finance Manager Lori
Stich pYesented a Yequest to assist the finance division with their staffing needs. It was suggested to add 20 hours
per `veek for Part-time Recreation Assistant r�li Wallace to assist with these needs. Ms. Wallace is in favor of this
transition.
The additional hours will be spent assisting finance with miscellaneous duties like scanning, opening mail, routing
invoices, putting checks and additional items into envelopes for payments, and some data entryT.
Financial Impact
Additional costs foY 2023 include 20 hours peY week of ��ages, PERA, and FICA in the amount of $18,710.
Insurance benefits would range from $1,800 to $10,620 depending on benefit election. Costs going forward would
be included in each y ear's budget.
