Background/Discussion The website agreement with Golden Shovel to provide the EDA and HRA’s joint website is up for renewal at the end of February 2024. As the city is working through an update of its site, staff has previously mentioned to the EDA the possibility of migrating some or all of the economic development web content to the city page. Simultaneously, Golden Shovel is proposing some updates that would provide a new look and refresh of the site, which is an included service by Golden Shovel periodically. Staff is presently working with Golden Shovel on those design updates. Staff will be seeking feedback over the coming months on the EDA’s website goals including feedback on the current design, functionality, and the pros and cons of integrating with the city webpage. Staff envisions future discussions which may include a work session or a temporary website committee to work on these items. Also included are the metrics from the Q1 analytics report.
