Approve, by motion, a one-yeaY extension of the Plat and Conditional Use PeYmit approvals associated with the
BroadwayT on 10 development.
Background/Discussion
On JulyT 6, 2021, the City Council approved the preliminary plat and Planned Unit Development for the Broad`vayT
on 10 development projects. The approval is good for two yreaYs from the date of the Council action. Due to the
market conditions since the original approval, the developer has submitted a written request for a one-year
extension to begin the project.
The CityT Council has traditionallyT granted similar extension requests and allows the developer to move forward
with their project under the original approved conditions and standards. The developer would now have until JulyT
6, 2024, to begin their project.
